Couple’s Wedding Story:
John and I met the way many couples do – at work. It took 3 long years for him to ask me out, but we both knew very quickly that this was something special. A little over a year later, John got down on one knee in the middle of the woods and proposed. We decided on a cozy winter wedding with our dearest family and friends in Upstate New York. After settling on a historic inn as the ceremony and reception site, I went searching for the perfect dress. After trying on a dozen or so, I put on 4364, and immediately knew I was done shopping. The silhouette created subtle curves, and the illusion neckline was reminiscent of my grandmother’s wedding dress. We replaced the button on the back of the dress with one from her gown, an incredibly special touch as she could not be there in person. On our wedding day, I felt beautiful from pictures to ceremony, from cake to dancing. So many people commented that they had never seen a dress like mine before, and how perfectly it fit my style, the venue, and the season. It was even perfect that the dress was made in Canada, since I share a dual citizenship with the US and Canada. I could not have asked for a prettier gown, or a more wonderful day!
