COUPLE’S WEDDING STORY:
Joey and I met while both graduate students at UND. After falling in love, we got engaged after only six months! The plan was to get married when we both finished school. However, I matched for my pre-doctoral internship in Nome, AK. We felt it was important to take the step of moving from ND to AK as a married couple. We got married and a few days later headed West to barge our truck to Alaska. It has been nothing but an adventure since!
