After five years together, Nathan and I tied the knot on June 13, 2015 in Milwaukee, WI at the historic Pritzlaff Building. Milwaukee was where we met and fell in love, and even though we weren’t living there anymore, it felt important to have the wedding there. Most of our family and friends were coming from out of town, and so we tried to style the wedding as if it were a destination wedding” our invitations featured the skyline of Milwaukee, as well as other important buildings there were gift bags with some of Milwaukee’s finest snacks and a map to some important sites in the city and the day after celebration was at Miller Park at a Brewers game! Many aspects of wedding planning came easily to us, including my wedding dress. I tried on many different dresses, but style 1864 was the only one that truly made me feel like I wanted to on this most special of days. I felt gorgeous in it, and when Nathan saw me in it, it was a feeling that I had never felt before. I was lucky enough to marry the man of my dreams in the dress of my dreams!
