Brad and I met on Coffee Meets Bagel, 2 months after I moved to Cleveland from Pittsburgh. I mentioned in my profile that I was new to Cleveland and that I had an obsession with food puns. Brad wrote me a food pun paragraph to catch my attention and set himself apart from the rest. It worked, and we had our first date at Butcher and the Brewer a week later. After 9 months of dating, Brad and I went on a trip to Europe – Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Bruges and Ghent. Brad proposed on a candle-lit bridge in Luxembourg after dinner with Brad’s childhood best friend, and it was like a dream come true!
I tried on 30 dresses and hated them all – I always wanted a lace v-neck dress, but hated every one I tried on – I went to Bridal Beginning in Pittsburgh and tried on the Mikaella 2105 dress and LOVED it. It was nothing like I pictured for myself, but it fit like a glove and it was perfect.
After 11 months of planning, Brad and I got married on October 12, 2019. I was a beautiful fall day in Cleveland, and it was so wonderful to celebrate our love with our friends and family!
