Gainey Vineyard, Santa Ynez, California
COUPLE’S WEDDING STORY:
Trisha found her wedding dress at the first store she went to with her mom and sister, and knew her dress was the one!
Zach and Trisha, a couple from San Francisco, held their wedding at Gainey Vineyard in Santa Ynez, California, near Trisha’s hometown of Santa Barbara. They stayed with their wedding party, 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen, at nearby Royal Oaks Ranch, for the weekend, where they also got ready the morning of the wedding. Their interfaith ceremony, led by Rabbi Janice, had both Jewish and Catholic elements, and they read very touching personal vows that had their wedding guests in tears. Their mutual love of Mexican food was showcased with their favorite local Mexican restaurant, Los Agaves, catering. The bright florals, Mexican tile place cards, and Spanish architecture of the winery made it feel like a true Santa Barbara fiesta. Both avid dancers, they choreographed their first dance to “I Like It” by Cardi B. After the traditional Hava Nagila, the dance floor was never empty as their guests danced the night away to the soulful live band.
