Draped Charmeuse Satin bodice with straight across neckline and Natural Italian Tulle side cut-outs with Hand Painted Italian Tulle. Fabric covered buttons down center back of skirt to hem. Draped fit and flare skirt. Shown in Natural with Natural Italian Tulle and Natural Hand Painted Italian Tulle.
