Caitlin and Morgan

October 20, 2018

We met at a bar through mutual friends. I was yelling at the Bruins on the TV and he was celebrating his birthday with friends. We had apparently briefly met each other in years prior but didn't recall. After two years of dating we bought our first house and we still waited 5 years after that to do the wedding thing. We both don't like dressing up or being the center of attention but we did it. I hate wearing formal wear so dress shopping was not something I enjoyed-- Even Morgan wished me luck every time I dragged myself out to look for a dress, he knew I hated it. I was just about to settle on a dress to get the process over with but I saw Paloma style 4661 and the fact it had pockets I knew I had to try it on. I tried on the dress and finally dress shopping was over. It was beautiful, comfortable, and it had pockets for my chapstick, couldn't have been a more perfect fit for this simple tomboy trying to be a bride! Even Morgan loved the dress, it was the perfect amount of simplicity yet elegance to make me still feel like me and fit our wedding day and venue perfectly!
