We have been on quite a journey to arrive at this moment. We first met on line on eHarmony in 2015. When Tony joined he set a 40 mile radius to meet people. Cam didn’t know about that feature. That is why Tony drove 400 miles on Thanksgiving Day for their first date! Tony spent Thanksgiving in a hotel and met Cam on the morning of Black Friday. We met at a yoga studio, enjoyed an hour class, enjoyed a three hour lunch, a long walk around Stanford University. Then the next morning another session of yoga, a long hike by the ocean and then dinner with Cam’s friends. We so enjoyed each other’s company that distance was no obstacle. We soon began commuting to see each other every other weekend. Our relationship grew deeper as we discovered the many values, activities, and interests we have in common. Since that first meeting we have shared countless yoga sessions. Enjoying brunches, movies, walks along the ocean and running together. We have explored Northern and Southern California together as well traveled to Ireland, Paris, Nice and a little French village on the Mediterranean coast where Tony proposed on the beach. During the wedding planning process, Cam was losing hope on finding a perfect wedding gown and was about to settle on a regular white dress to wear at the wedding, she gave a last try at BoLee Bridal Couture in Sunnyvale, California and found the Mikaella 2101, a beautiful, delicate and romantic flowy tulle A line gown that enhances all Cam's best features and is so flattering. Cam fell in love with the sheer lace bodice and how comfortable and soft the fabric is. Tony and Cam got married at a Bed and Breakfast called Monarch Cove Inn in Capitola, California on a beautiful day this Spring. This place has a beautiful garden setting with the ocean as the backdrop and eleven suites and cottages that accommodated families from both sides who traveled from Orange County, Southern California, Kentucky, Virginia, Canada and Ireland. The wedding flower arrangements were done by Cam's sister Kim. Kim, nieces, nephews, and some close friends put together all the decorations based on Cam and Tony's visions for the wedding day. Everything came together beautifully beyond expectations.
