Lawrence and I grew up together in Kenya and have known each other since we were 8 years old! After school we didn’t see each other for many years but we reconnected one summer when we both went home to visit family. There rest was history! We got engaged in November 2016 while we were on vacation along the garden route in South Africa.

We moved to Ibiza, a tiny little island of the coast of Spain shortly after we got engaged in 2016, and decided that our wedding would be the perfect excuse to get all our friends and family to come visit us in our new home. After weeks of searching the island we found the perfect little venue perched on the top of a cove overlooking the ocean to tie the knot.

I bought my Mikaella dress from Kleinfelds Bridal in New York. It was the last dress I looked at and I knew the moment I tried it on that it was the one. It was simple but elegant and exactly what I pictured when I imagined our wedding on the shores of the Mediterranean ocean!
