Steve and I met at a friends Fourth of July party in 2014. One of my friends was dating one of his friends (they’re now married) and they hosted the party in the Hamptons. Nothing happened that first year between us but the following year in 2015 we were both at the same party again and that’s where our relationship began. Fast forward to one Friday night in November 2017, I came home to our apartment after a day of working and there were notes all over from Steve recapping our relationship. The final note told me to turn around and he was on his knee, ring in hand. We just got married Nov 3, 2018 and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. Both of the friends who’s parties we attended that began our relationship, were in our bridal party.

The dress! The second I got engaged, I knew I wanted a wedding dress with sleeves. This Paloma Blanca dress was the first one I tried on that day and I knew it was THE dress. The most comfortable and flattering dress I own. I was in love immediately.
