Daniela and Michael

Michael and I met decades ago living in the same town and sharing the same circle of friends. Fast forward a handful of years and we both went to college together, having a few of the same classes and seeing each other out often, we’d always talk and enjoy each others company; but it wasn’t until another nearly 6 years later that we rekindled a friendship and had our first date. From there, we were inseparable. COVID began shortly after so we spent much time together, just the two of us.

Michael proposed in the house we were building together a couple years later and we quickly booked our dream venue and set the date. The dress I picked out was one of the first few I had tried on with my father and sister with me, and not only did they fall in love with it so did I. It was ‘simple’ yet had a timeless elegance, but I was hesitant to make a decision right away so I went to another store where I tried on another handful of dresses and saved “the one” for last and I fell in love all over again and knew that was THE dress!
