Diana and Paul

How We Met: The summer after graduating college, Diana attended many of her cousins' mens league hockey games (they won the championship, by the way!). Paul happened to be on the team... and well, the rest is history.

The Proposal: Every year, on their dating anniversary, Diana and Paul go on a trip together. In 2017, they planned a trip to Chicago for their 5th dating anniversary, where Paul proposed! They had a celebratory dinner at the well-known MonteVerde and even got a chef signed copy of the menu! It was so special that Paul proposed on their dating anniversary. They began dating 10/5/12, got engaged 10/5/17, and got married 10/5/19!

Finding The Dress: Cristina's Bridal was the first dress appointment I had. I told the associate I wanted something modern, clean, classy, and timeless with a little bit of sparkle (but not too much!). The associate immediately went to this Paloma Blanca dress and I remember thinking "Yes that is exactly what I am looking for!" I still shopped around and picked out a bunch of other dresses to try on to humor myself. I put this dress on first and my mom immediately teared up. I knew it was the one right away!
