Jordyn and Matt

Matt and I met on Halloween when a mutual friend introduced us. I was dressed up as a mustard bottle! Matt proposed on June 30, 2018. We live on the riverwalk in downtown Milwaukee, WI and he rented a small wooden boat to pick us up from our apartment and take us to our favorite restaurant. He got down on one knee on the way there in the boat and we popped champagne and cheers'd with all the other boaters! It was an unforgettable night.

I found my dress at White Dress Bridal Boutique in downtown Milwaukee. I fell in love with my dress' intricate lace pattern and beautiful train. I never expected to pick a strapless gown, but when I put it on I knew it was the one!

We got married at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church and had our reception at the Grain Exchange in downtown Milwaukee. Our wedding had a historic feel with the beautiful church and reception location we chose. We took pictures at Lakeshore State Park and the swing bridge. I had a friend put my hair into an updo and bustle my dress prior to the reception.
