This dress was everything I thought I DIDN'T want. I had always pictured myself in an A-line or a ballgown with zero lace. After trying on dress after dress, I felt like a frumpy cupcake in all of those a-lines and ballgowns. Then I slipped on Mikaella  2016, and did not ever want to take that dress off! I felt so beautiful and  elegant, and my bridal party said "stop looking- that's it!". The  topper on the cake was the fact that Mikaella is a Canadian made brand- and my (now) husband is a Canadian citizen, it was meant to be! On my wedding day, I felt how every woman should feel on her wedding day- beautiful,  confident, and comfortable.
