Lauren and Trevor met at a local "hot spot" over lunch and knew they met their "forevers" after just a short time. He set up a "family" photo session after 5 months of dating and that's when he surprised Lauren with an engagement ring and the planning was on!!!
Lauren knew she wanted to incorporate her family's business (Cattle Producers) in to her very timeless, elegant and mostly white garden wedding. So she used a grey brahman cowhide rug under the sweetheart table and designed and had cow, bull and cattle ear-tag cookies made. Lauren loves white peonies so they were used along with tweedia for all florals and crystal candlesticks with florals centering every table. The gazebo was draped with all sheer white drape to stay true to the very light and airy look throughout the wedding and reception. Lauren has the bluest eyes in Texas so it was a given to use blue as her accent color and she'll never regret it.
Their honeymoon was in the amazing Turks and Caicos for an entire week of wedded bliss and they left with plans to return soon!!!
