When I first went wedding dress shopping at The White Peony I thought I had a pretty good idea of the type of dress I wanted, A-line with capped sleeves and classic lace. But there was one dress I saw on their Instagram story a few months before shopping that just stuck with me, although it was not what I was looking for. When I was picking out dresses I told Trish and Amanda about that dress, and I think they could tell right away that it was going to be the one. It was the second dress I tried on, and I instantly had this feeling of perfection, a feeling I've only ever felt when I first met my now husband. I had a few other dresses lined up so I didn't say yes right away, but after trying on those I kept comparing it to that second dress and nothing felt the same. So I tried it on again and had so many emotions and just knew it was the one. Fast forward a year to our wedding day. It too, was a perfect day. Two years of hard work planning our special day with all the sentimental and romantic touches had paid off. I felt like a princess, I was filled with joy and love, and was relaxed throughout the day. All 100 of our guests complimented us and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, which is all you can hope for. It's a day my husband and I will never forget.
