Mariah and Jonathan

Jon and I met in high school when we were 15 years old. We were both super shy, nervous, and awkward around each other and mostly talked online on MSN Messenger. Jon was my first ever real date, and as you can probably imagine, it went terribly. So much so that I bought conversation starter cards for us to use! Thankfully when we went out again once we were older, so we didn't need the cards anymore and have kept the conversation going ever since!

After 10 years of dating (and waiting because of Covid), we celebrated our wedding and hosted an intimate reception in the backyard of our home. I felt so beautiful in this dress, and everyone in the Bridal Gallery knew it was the one because I came out of the dressing room dancing. We added a bow on the back, and paired it with gloves that we made using lace from my mothers wedding dress! I couldn't have imagined a better day.
