Melissa and Scott

Scott and I met during a summer internship. He was running the finance department. He instantly caught my eye, but he did not say one word to me LOL. When I came back for a second year, to the same internship, Scott remembered me and I invited him to go out with me. We had an instant connection.

Scott proposed to me in Hilton Head, SC. We went during Labor Day weekend and I had absolutely no idea what he had planned. We walked on the beach and he proposed to me! When we were walking back, I was brought to tears because both our families were waiting to celebrate our engagement! Scott’s parents gifted us champagne glasses with the Hilton Head lighthouse etched onto them and we got married right in front of the Jupiter, FL lighthouse :)

Mikaella #2328 was the first dress I tried on and I immediately knew it was the one! Of course, I was told I had to try more options on, but in the end I came back to my first dress.
