Rob and I were introduced in 2020 by one of my closest friends, who is now married to Rob’s brother! After two years of dating, we got engaged at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville of July 2022, and planned our dream wedding in only 5 months with the help of our awesome venue, Homesteads Events at Loray Mill. We both gravitated toward the industrial feel of the venue, and loved the way the exposed brick and big windows complemented our modern and elegant wedding style.

Little did I know, my sister had booked a consultation with J Majors before I even got engaged! As soon as I called her to tell her the news, she told me we had an appointment already booked for the next weekend. As soon as I tried on this gown I knew it was the one – the clean lines and luxe Mikado fabric were exactly what I was looking for.
