Sarah and David

October 7, 2017

Dave and I met 4 years ago, we were introduced by a mutual friend. After dating for 10 months we moved in together and in December 2016 2 weeks before Christmas Dave got down on one knee at the very busy Christmas market in the distillery and proposed in front of a few hundred strangers in the freezing cold.

The dress search was long and hard! The dress was probably the 5th one I tried on, but as you will see from the photographs, I made several modifications to the dress. My mom had a hard time imaging what the final product would look like, but I was confident that it would look amazing. I found myself comparing every other dress to "the one", so I knew it was meant to be. I really appreciated that the dress was made in Toronto and the quality of the lace, and the fact that you allow modifications to be made. The back was my favourite part of the dress. I love how the dress made me feel, the perfect amount of classy and sexy, and my husband loved it!

I didn't have a first look with my husband, but a first look with my dad. Happy to send any other photos.
