Tara and Pat

Pat and I met in grade 9, now in our 30s. Basically everyone in our wedding parties have grown up together as well because of this. I had a very specific dress in mind, and struggled to find the perfect one. After trying on over 75 dresses, I found the beautiful Crepe fabric Paloma Blanca P5083 dress, and it was the closest to my vision I had seen. I had so much fun customizing this dress to bring my vision to life. I created an illusion low back using nude mesh, made the train 18 inches longer, and then added buttons all the way down the train. I also designed my sleeves myself from scratch, embellishing them with beads and pearls from my Mother’s pearl necklace. I wanted a timeless, plain and classy look. Our wedding day was magical, offering a misty rain as we took photos and then a break of sunshine and clear skies during our entire ceremony!!
