Our love story is a journey that’s close to my heart, one that I hold close to my heart. Sam and I first met in the hallways of Campbellsport high school. After graduation, our paths diverged, but destiny had plans we couldn’t foresee. It was at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay that we crossed paths again, like two pieces of a puzzle finally finding their fit. What’s even more extraordinary is that we both grew up in the same place, sharing a hometown that laid the foundation for our love.

After six incredible years together, Sam pulled off the most epic proposal at Devil’s Punchbowl (seriously you should see the pictures.). He had orchestrated an unforgettable weekend getaway, and at the most unexpected moment, he popped the question. I was absolutely floored, and of course, I said yes without a second thought. It was a moment that will forever be etched in my memory.

When it came to finding my wedding dress, I thought I had it all figured out. But leave it to Miss Ruby’s in Milwaukee to prove me wrong. The dress I ended up choosing wasn’t anything like what I had envisioned, but the moment I slipped into it, I knew it was “the one.” It was like a metaphor for our relationship—unexpected, unique, and absolutely perfect.

Our wedding day was a stress-free and breathtaking experience. We chose to have a destination wedding, surrounded by 117 of our closest friends and family. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and the stunning backdrop of Punta Cana, a day that couldn’t have been more perfect. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection, a true reflection of the crazy, fun, and wonderful journey that brought us together.
