My husband and I met in the most modern way: Tinder! We hit it off right away, and fast forward to December 1st 2017, he proposed to me after I got home from work at 11pm with a handmade Christmas ornament on our tree, with a cut-out in it where the ring was sitting with twinkle lights all around it. I said yes immediately!

I found my dress by chance. I found a different dress online that I fell in love with and went to a salon in Toronto that had it and ended up hating it, but I was so sure that it was the one I didn't make any other appointments at other bridal salons. We traveled a long way and gathered all my bridesmaids and family to go dress shopping so I did not want to leave Toronto so soon and empty handed. I called Felichia Bridal and asked them if they could squeeze me in for an appointment, and they happened to have 1 spot open. We went there and I tried on many dresses but I didn't love anything yet. One of my bridesmaids pointed out the dress I ended up getting while it was on the rack and I said I don't think so and moved on. Well the bride in the change room beside me ended up trying on the dress and I said ok I need to try that on after her and 5 minutes later I was twirling around with my hands in the pockets!
