James and I met through my matchmaker cousin who set us up on a blind date. We both felt as though we had known each other forever and we began a whirlwind long distance relationship. I fell in love with his gentle heart and small town roots and he loved my heart for family and football. He asked me to marry him at our favorite spot on TCU's campus and we would be married there a year later.
